£4.95 Standard Delivery (2-4 Working Days): A signature is required on delivery.

£6.95 Next Day Delivery: Orders must be placed before 12pm GMT for delivery the next working day. Orders are only processed Monday – Friday, therefore if an order is placed on a Saturday it will not be processed until Monday and received Tuesday. Deliveries are via courier and must be signed for. Monday - Friday only.

International postage costs: Are dependent on the weight of your order. The cost will be displayed during checkout when you select your required delivery country.

When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch all orders received before 12pm GMT the same day.

We cannot guarantee that orders received after 12pm will be dispatched the same day. They will however, be dispatched the following day.

Please note that orders are only processed on working days i.e. Monday – Friday (excludes Bank Holidays).


We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition* for a full refund within 7 working days of delivery. To do so please call our Customer Services on 020 8964 0949 within those 7 working days of receipt of the item. Alternatively, you may email us at You will then be entitled to a refund from Green & Spring Limited, which will be paid as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days.

You must arrange for and pay the costs of returning the products to us. Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely and for your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit.

Defects, incomplete orders, or incorrect delivery

If you are returning the goods owing to defects, incomplete or incorrect delivery we will refund you both the price you paid for your goods (inclusive of the initial delivery charge) and the recorded delivery costs for the return postage from the original delivery point to our distribution point, please enclose a valid till receipt indicating the return postage costs.

Gift returns

We are only able to process returns and refunds with the original purchaser of the goods as refunds will be processed to this purchaser’s credit/debit card. If you are unhappy with your gift, please inform the original purchaser so that they can return the gift to us for a replacement item of the same value or full refund.

This returns & refunds policy does not affect your statutory rights.
